Date Sessions Minutes
What is the Pomodoro Technique?

The Pomodoro Technique is a time-management method developed by Francesco Cirillo. It breaks work into focused intervals (typically 25 minutes) called pomodoros, separated by short breaks (5 minutes). After four pomodoros, a longer break (15–30 minutes) follows. The method helps maintain focus, build stamina, and reduce mental fatigue.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage under the key cb_plan_pomodoro_log. It never leaves your device and is not synced to any server. If you clear your browser's site data or cache, this log will be lost. We recommend keeping regular backups if your data is important.

How is my current streak calculated?

Your streak is the number of consecutive days with at least one session logged. It counts from today backwards; if today has no sessions, it counts from yesterday. The counter stops when it encounters a day with zero minutes.

Can I sync my data across devices?

Not yet. This tool is 100% client-side and has no backend or cloud sync. Your data lives only in this browser. If you use multiple devices, you will need to log your sessions on each device separately.

Why is my streak counter empty?

If the streak shows "—", it means either no sessions have been logged yet, or there are gaps in your session history. Start the Pomodoro Timer and log at least one session to see your streak update.
